Chicory (Cicoria ripassata)

chicory: 1 kilo
garlic: 2 slices
salt
pepper
olive oil
chilli

Warm up the well-cleaned and boilt chicory with olive oil.

The olive oil will be used to brown up 2 slices of garlic taken away after cooking.

Blend it well, add a little bit of pepper and chilli, make it flavour up for 5 minutes at the bright fire.
