Penne all'arrabbiata
ingredients (4 people)
penne: 500 grams
tomato pulp: 500 grams
garlic: 1 slice
parsley
chilli
olive oil

Fry slightly the garlic in the olive oil.
When it gets brown add tomatoes, salt, pepper and chilli.
Let it boil up for 15 minutes.
Add this sauce to the saw-toothed ready-made penne and spread it with minced parsley.
