Stuffed peppers (Peperoni ripieni)

peppers: 8
stale bread
tuna fish under oil: 200 grams
black olives: 16
salt
pepper
olive oil


preparing

Stuff the peppers with a mixture of damp and squeezed bread, shredded tuna fish, grated olives without nuts, salt and pepper.

Arrange the peppers in the oven pan, add some oil and cook them for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.

They can be served hot as well as cold.
