Chicken a la roman (Pollo alla romana)
ingredients (4 people)
chicken: 1
lard: 2 spoons
ham: 100 grams
tomatoes: 6
dry white wine: 1 glass
garlic: 1 slice
marjoram
salt
pepper

Get brown on the pan the lard and ham cut into stripes, add some pieces of chicken, previously flamed, washed and dried up.
Before they get brown add salt and pepper, minced garlic and marjoram.
Pour the wine and as it evaporated add tomatoes cut into pieces without seeds.
Cook them for twenty minutes more adding water if necessary until the sauce thickens.
