butter: 100 grams
sugar: 200 grams
flour: 300 grams
pasta of fermented bread: 500 grams
Mix up together fermented pasta, flour, sugar, butter , eggs yolks and salt.
Leave it for half a day.
Add egg whites and mix it up again.
Leave it for other 2 hours, place the dough on the buttered pan and cook it in the hot oven for about an hour.
