Meat balls (Polpette di carne)

minced meat: 400 grams
bread
eggs: 1
potato. 1
minced garlic: 1 slice
nutmeg
parsley
salt
pepper
olive oil
breadcrumbs
grated parmesan

The meat balls can be made either of one sort of meat or various types of meat, either of raw meat or boiled meat.
Prepare a mixture of meat, bread damped in milk, salt, pepper, parsley, minced garlic, a boiled and smashed potato, entire eggs, one spoon of oil, a pinch of nutmeg, grated cheese, one spoon of oil.
Form up balls of desired size with wet hands, pass them in grated bread and fry them in boiling oil.
The balls can be served like this, otherwise can be passed in the sauce.
They can be cooked in the sauce without frying but in this case they should be put into boiling sauce.
