The new and innovative DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Rome Monti is located in the heart of the Monti district, one of the most dynamic and eclectic parts of the city, rich with history and bohemian spirit. MiT– Food & Coffee Brewery, its name an italianized version of the word “meet,” is located on the ground floor and offers an informal atmosphere. It’s open from breakfast, featuring artisanal pastries alongside a wide selection of tea and specialty coffee blends by Lavazza, to aperitivo, with a long list of original and creative cocktails. It’s also the perfect spot for a quick lunch: fresh salads and local delicacies are accompanied by excellent Italian wines. Try the fried rice squares with pistachio and prawns.
Elegant and welcoming Mamalia, situated on the ground floor, is an even warmer atmosphere, with the enhancement of natural light. The cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean and Roman flavors, accompanied by a carefully selected wine list. The chef’s creations can be seen as they are prepared in an open kitchen—don’t miss the raviolone in oxtail sauce.
Up on the eighth floor, you’ll find the Mùn Rooftop Cocktail SkyBar, with its comfortable terrace overlooking the spectacular skyline of Rome. Featuring contemporary design enlivened by warm colors and natural elements, Mùn SkyBar is the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitivo and tapas, enhanced by a list of contemporary cocktails. It’s a unique location in Rome, one step closer to the moon. The raw prawn with toasted mortadella and mussel powder is the highlight of the menu.
