For two days this September, Rome turns into the meeting point for the international cocktail world. Roma Bar Show returns on 14 and 15 September 2026, and for the first time it moves into La Nuvola, the striking Fuksas-designed venue in the . It is the sixth edition of the only Italian event dedicated entirely to mixology and the beverage industry, and this year it comes with more space, a bigger international line-up and a few genuinely new ideas.

The move to La Nuvola is not just cosmetic. The larger, more functional halls give room to hundreds of exhibitors and buyers from more than thirty countries, which is exactly the crowd that has turned Roma Bar Show into a fixture on the global circuit since it launched in 2019. The September dates also give Rome a strategic spot at the front of the international calendar, ahead of events like London Cocktail Week.

The headline addition this year is Future Drinking, an area built entirely around no and low alcohol drinks. Once a niche, alcohol-free and low-ABV cocktails have become one of the fastest-growing parts of the global drinks market, and the new space brings together tastings, products and talks for anyone curious about where the category is heading. Alongside it, two of the show’s most loved formats return: the Mexican Village, a deep dive into Mexican culture and spirits, and the Educational Program, the technical heart of the event.

The Auditorium, Tasting Room and Academy host the masterclasses and seminars, with some of the most influential bartenders in the world sharing not only their drinks but the thinking and the business vision behind their venues. This year’s guests include Faye Chen of the multi-award-winning Double Chicken Please in New York, Jonathan Gabbay of Argo in Hong Kong, Marco Corallo of Saikindō in Abu Dhabi and Alex Frezza of L’Antiquario in Naples, among many others.

Roma Bar Show 2026 leans harder into the business side of hospitality with the Business Room, a new program of seminars on leadership, management, brand building, data and career development for professionals who want to grow beyond the bar. On the trade side, the Buyer Program, run with ICE and Fiere di Parma, connects exhibitors with importers, distributors and decision makers, supported by a new app for booking B2B meetings before and during the event.

As always, the show spills out into Rome itself. A packed program of off-site events, guest shifts, tastings and appearances by international bartenders takes over , so even visitors without a trade pass can catch a piece of the action in their evening out.
