Closure of the Parco archeologico del Colosseo extended to September 24 and 25, 2026

Pending further instructions from the Minister of Culture, Alessandro Giuli, the Parco archeologico del Colosseo extends the closure of its sites – including the Domus Aurea – to the public on Thursday, September 24, and Friday, September 25, 2026, as a sign of mourning and solidarity with the family of Andrea Moretti and all PArCo workers.

The closure applies to all scheduled entries for September 24 and 25, 2026
