Puntarelle salad (Insalata di puntarelle)

puntarelle: 400 grams
anchovies: 4
garlic: 1 slice
white vinegar: 3 spoons
olive oil


Mash fillets of anchovies, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar in the grinding vessel.

Dress puntarelle with this mixture after cleaning them carefully.
