marjoram: 1 spoon
garlic: 2 slices
vinegar: 1/2 spoon
Place the fish washed but not scaled on the hot grill adding step by step oil and salt.
Separetely prepare the grated garlic with majoram, salt, pepper and dress it with oil.
At the end of cooking pour the dressing on the fish and serve it.
