mullett: 1 kilo
minced parsley: 1/2 spoon
olive oil: 1/2 deciliters
Boil the washed and scaled mullet in a hot water.
Separately boil potatoes chopped into strokes.
Make the dressing of oil, lemon juice, minced parsley, salt and pepper and use it for to dress the mullet and potatoes which are to garnish the dish.
