ingredients (4 people)
pore mushrooms: 600 grams
peeled tomatoes: 400 grams
garlic: 1 slice
white vinegar: 1.5 deciliters
olive oil: 1 deciliter
Remove mushroom stems and get brown mushrooms hat in the pan with half quantity of oil.
With another half prepare the fried mixture of garlic ang grated onion.
As soon as the mixture is ready add vinegar.
As the vinegar is evaporated add tomatoes cut into pieces without seeds, spices, salt and pepper.
Twenty minutes later add mushrooms and let them flavour up.
