Moisty cuttlefish (Seppie in umido)

cuttlefish: 4
tomatoes pulp
garlic: 1 slice
olive oil
dry white wine
salt
pepper
anchovies: 2


preparing

Get brown the garlic on the pan with oil, washed boned anchovies in pieces.
Then add half a glass of wine and when it is evaporated add two spoons of tomato dressing, then add well-washed cuttlefish, salt and pepper.

Add one or two ladles of water and cook it slowly until it is ready.
The sauce should come out very dense.

It is a typical dish of Latium coast.
