Veal sweetbreads in frying (Animelle di vitello in frittura)
ingredients (4 people)
veal sweetbreads: 400 grams
butter: 50 grams
chopped parsley: 1 tbsp
Boil the sweetbreads and slice them.
Flour them and fry them in a pan in which you have melted the butter.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and pour the lemon juice.
