ingredients (4 people)
palombo (dogfish): 12 slices
breadcrumbs: 1 spoon
olive oil: 1 deciliter
Wash and dry some slices of fish, pass them in eggs, salt and let them stay for about half an hour.
Then drip them, add garlic and minced parsley,then cover them with breadcrumbs.
Salt it, pepper it and fry in the very hot oil.
In the end of frying serve with slices of lemon.
