rice: 500 grams
minced meat: 200 grams
Prepare a sauce by frying slightly onion, minced meat, celery, carrots with olive oil. Add some wine and let it evaporate.
Then add a tomato pulp, salt, pepper and cook it.
Add a broth cube to the sauce and as soon as it boils add rice and cook it for 15 minutes stirring it continuosly until rice doesn't absorb the broth. Remove the risotto from the fire and leave to cool up.
Mix up risotto with two eggs and prepare oval suppli, insert into each suppli a cube of mozzarella passing it in breadcrumbs.
Fry them in boiling water and dry them on the napkin.
