pan di spagna: 200 grams
sugar: 100 grams
whipped cream: 1/2 liters
Damp slices of pan di spagna with rum and alkermes in equal parts; at the same time add pastry cream.
Spread three spoons of this cream on the pie-plate, lay down half pieces of pan di spagna and cover them with cream; put over left pieces of pan di spagna.
Cover everything with whipped cream and decorate with candied cherries.
