ingredients (4 people)
ricotta: 250 grams
flour: 60 grams
brandy: 1/2 glass
Grate a lemon peel and add ricotta, two entire eggs and a yolk, a pinch of salt and brandy so that to mix everything up.
Let it rest for some time.
A little bit before serving make balls of dough and fry them up in lots of olive oil.
Before serving dry it up on the napkin.
