butter: 50 grams
flour: 200 grams
lard: 150 grams
baking powder: 100 grams
sugar: 100 grams
salt

Make a dough of flour, butter, an entire egg, a yolk, sugar and a little bit of salt.
Prepare thin foils from which you will extract rather wide stripes.
Roll up the stripes towards yourself , then fry them in the boiling lard and let them dry up on a piece of a napkin.
Before to serve it spread some baking powder on it.
