Risotto alla trasteverina
ingredients (4 people)
rice: 400 grams
chicken liver: 100 grams
ham: 100 grams
bacon: 70 grams
broth: 1 cup
onion: 1/4
marsala: 2 spoons
grated parmesan: 80 grams
salt
pepper
preparing
Fry slightly onion and bacon cut into pieces of 50 grams, add marsala.
As it is evaporated add livers cut into pieces and ham in stripes.
Add rice and bring it to boil up , then from time to time add hot broth.
Salt it, pepper it.
When cooking is ultimated add butter, parmesan and serve it hot.
