Fettucine with fegatini and ham (Fettucine con fegatini e prosciutto)
ingredients (4 people)
fettuccine all'uovo: 400 grams
chicken liver: 200 grams
ham: 100 grams
garlic: 1/2 slice
butter: 150 grams
grated parmesan: 70 grams
preparing
Cook the liver cut into small pieces with a clove of garlic in the pan where before you've already melted two thirds of butter.
As soon as they are well-cooked add the ham, mix it up and remove it from the fire.
Drain saw-toothed fettucine and dress them with juice, left butter and grated cheese.
