Linguine al tuna sauce (Linguine al sugo di tonno)
ingredients (4 people)
linguine: 400 grams
tuna fish under oil: 200 grams
peeled tomatoes: 300 grams
anchovies: 3
parsley: 1 spoon
garlic: 1 slices
olive oil
pepper
salt
preparing
Fry slightly garlic in the oil, undo the fillets of anchovies and some fillets of tuna fish. 
Let it be cooked for some minutes. 
Add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. 
At the end of cooking add parsley. 
Boil and drain saw-toothed linguine and dress them with the sauce.
