Pasta alla checca
ingredients (4 people)
short pasta: 400 grams
mozzarella: 200 grams
sweet caciotta: 100 grams
ripe tomatoes: 4
basil
olive oil
salt
pepper

Prepare pasta in hot water. As soon as the water boils up instead of a lid put a pie-dish with mozzarella, caciotta, tomatoes cut into cubes, pieces of basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
At the end of cooking drain spaghetti, put ready-made dressing and mix it up fast.
