Spaghetti with garlic oil and anchovies (Spaghetti aglio olio e acciughe)

spaghetti: 400 grams
anchovies: 4
garlic: 2 slices
olive oil: 1,5 deciliters
minced parsley: 1 spoon
pepper

Prepare the fried garlic with oil.
Before the garlic gets bright add the fillets of anchovies smashed with potatoes.

Drain the saw-toothed pasta and warm it up for a couple of minutes in the pan where you've just prepared the garlic after you put some pepper.

Before to serve it spread over some minced parsley.
