Spaghetti anchovies, olives, capers (Spaghetti alla puttanesca)
ingredients (4 people)
spaghetti: 400 grams
peeled tomatoes: 500 grams
black olives: 150 grams
anchovies: 5
garlic: 2 slices
caper: 1 spoon
olive oil: 1 deciliter
minced parsley: 1 spoon
preparing
Prepare the fried minced garlic and remove it before it gets brown.
Add fillets of anchovies, capes, black olives without nuts and add chopped tomatoes without seeds.
Boil saw-toothed spaghetti and dress them with juice.
Sprinkle them with parsley and serve them.
