pluck of lamb: 500 grams
Chop artichokes into slices and cook it on the pan with a spoon of olive oil and sliced onion. If during cooking they get too brown water them with a little bit of water.
Add salt and pepper. Mix artichokes with the pluck which you have to cook saperately with a little bit of oil. At the end add half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
The mixture shouldn't be either too dry or too soft.
