Strips of meat with tomato (Straccetti alla pizzaiola)
ingredients (2 people)
strips of beef or veal: 300gr
cherry tomatoes: 500gr
black olives: 10
capers
garlic: 2 cloves
extra virgin olive oil
salt
origan
pepper
chili pepper
white wine
preparing
Crush the garlic, cut the olives and cherry tomatoes and desalinate the capers.
Briefly blanch the strips in oil and set them aside.
In the same pan, add the garlic, olives, capers and cherry tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the strips, abundant oregano and pepper or chilli pepper. Season with salt and cook for a few minutes, sprinkling with a little white wine if the sauce should be too thick.
