butter: 30 grams
beans: 400 grams
Leave beans in the water for all the night and then boil them in the salted water. Then let them dry up in the pan or in the saucepan.
Prepare separately the dressing by dissolving the fillets of anchovies with three spoons of oil and of water left after beans.
Fry slightly onion with butter and pepper.
Add the beans to the fried onion and cook it at the low fire until the left water is evaporated, mix it up carefully.
Serve it hot.
