roman broccolo: 1
lard: 50 grams
pigskin: 100 grams
bucatini: 250 grams
garlic: 1 scice
concentrated tomatoes: 150 grams
grated parmesan: 60 grams
Fry slightly garlic and lard.
Clean the broccolo and add it to the fried garlic.
Add a tomato dressing, half liter of water, salt and pepper.
Cover it and cook it at the slow fire for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile clean and wash a pigskin, chop them into cubes and rinse them in cold water; before to finish cooking add broccoli to the broth and finish cooking.
Chop the bucatini into pieces of 10-15 cm and cook them saw-toothed in the broth adding hot water if necessary.
Serve them with grated parmesan.
