Broad beans a la roman (Fave alla romana)
ingredients (4 people)
guanciale: 80 grams
meat broth: 1 cup
lettuce
olive oil
salt
pepper
white wine: 1/2 glass
onion: 1
fresh broad beans: 800 grams
preparing
Fry slightly onion with oil. Then add some stew cut into cubes, beans, salt and pepper. 
Let it absorb for a while and then add white wine, lettuce, a cup of broth. Bring cooking to the end.
