Lentils soup (Zuppa di lenticchie)

ingredients (4 people)

lentils: 400 grams
peeled tomatoes: 150 grams
olive oil: 1 deciliter
onion: 1


Cook lentils with oil, minced onion, salt, pepper. Cover them with lots of water.

Half an hour before remove them from the fire and add chopped tomatoes.
