Lamb in the red wine (Agnello al vino rosso)
ingredients (4 people)
leg of the lamb: 1 kilo
ham: 70 grams
red white: 2 glasses
cloves: 2
lard: 50 grams
carrot: 1
celery
onion
rosemary
olive oil
pepper
salt
preparing
Prepare a mixture of onion, celery, carrots, salt, pepper and cloves.
Fry it slightly and add lamb, ham cut into slices and rosemary.
Cook it at the low fire and then add red wine.
Cook it until the wine is evoporated.
