sausages: 300 grams
pork stew: 300 grams
sage
mint
minced parsley
olive oil
salt
pepper
dry broad beans: 500 grams
wild fennel: 300 grams
stale bread
lard: 50 grams
preparing
Fry slightly lard with a spoon of oil, parsley, sage and minced mint.
Brown up pork stew and sausages cut into cubes.
Cook it for about half an hour at the low fire adding water if necessary.
Add dry beans, wild fennel, salt and pepper.
At the end of cooking add the pieces of stale bread.
Dress it with a little bit of oil.
