Pasta and beans (Pasta e fagioli)
ingredients (4 people)
beans: 400 grams
quadrucci all'uovo: 200 grams
tomato pulp: 200 grams
celery
onion
carrots
ham: 30 grams
olive oil
flour: 1 spoon
broth dice: 1
salt
pepper
preparing
Get brown the ham and minced onion with a little bit of oil in the pan.
Add one spoon of flour and after at once tomato pulp, celery, carrots and a broth cube.
Mix everything up, salt it, pepper it and add the beans to the mixture (the beans should be boiled with one liter and a half of water). Then put enough hot water.
Cook it for about half an hour and then add pasta.
The soup should be very thick.
