cannolicchi: 300 grams
guanciale: 50 grams
lard: 1 spoon
grated pecorino: 60 grams
Get brown in the lard the guanciale and onion.
Add some water, potatoes chopped into cubes, salt and pepper.
At the end of cooking potatoes, add some more water and throw the pasta into it.
Before serving spread it over with percorino.
