Chicken a la roman with peppers (Pollo alla romana con i peperoni)
ingredients (4 people)
chicken: 1
peppers: 500 grams
ripe tomatoes: 300 grams
garlic
onion
olive oil
red white wine: 1 glass
salt
pepper
preparing
Cut the chicken into small pieces and throw it on the pan with a spoon of olive oil and a little bit of onion.
Get it brown and add salt and pepper, them add a clove of minced garlic and wine.
When wine is evaporated add tomatoes cut into pieces, at the end add some peppers which should be cooked in pieces in the pan with oil, salt and onion.
Flavor it up for some minutes.
