Quadrucci with peas (Quadrucci con piselli)

ingredients (4 people)

peas: 300 grams
quadrucci all'uovo: 300 grams
guanciale or bacon: 100 grams
tomatoes pulp: 200 grams
olive oil


Get brown guanciale and low fat bacon in cubes in the pan with a little bit of oil.

Add tomatoes, enough water and cook it for some minutes.

Add shell peas, salt, pepper.
When they are almost ready put egg quadrucci into the pot for 4 minutes
