ingredients (4 people)
pork tips: 400 grams
tomatoes pulp: 1 kilo
dry white wine: 1/2 glass
concentrated tomatoes: 1 spoon
Fry slightly garlic, onion, celery, carrots, sausages in the oil and pork tips.
When everything gets brown add half a glass of dry white wine.
Let it evaporate and then add the tomato pulp, salt, pepper, chilli and let it boil until the meat is completely ready.
If it hardly shrinks add concentrated tomatoes.
When cooking is finished either sauce or meat can be used for to dress the polenta.
The sauce can dress other sorts of main courses and also the second course.
